3. Die Cutting and Perforating: Our precision cut pieces are available in standard squares, rectangles and circles as well as any custom shapes your design specifications require. We provide rotary or punch press die cut options. Your choices of paper, film or back slit liners are also available.

4. Zone Coating: Offers the options of applying an adhesive onto different areas of the tape backing, ie: coating on the outer edges of a tape product can create a non-adhesive tunnel down the center. Two different types of adhesive can also be coated onto a single backing. Pattern coating such as this can often provide the customer improved application efficiencies.

5. Deadened Adhesive Area: Applying deadeners to specific areas of a pressure sensitive tape product can aid in removal or deter bonding in a particular area.

6. Custom Tinted Adhesives: Our in-house research chemists' can customs tint our adhesives to match corporate colors, PMS pantone or market driven colors.

7. Multi-Laminations: Combine various materials together to give you the overall thickness, density or unique product construction you desire. Successfully laminate multi layers of tape and various foam gasketing materials for superior long-term performance.

8. Custom Width and Lengths: Custom-slitting tolerances to standard or metric sizes of plus or minus 1/32 of an inch. Long length rolls are available to optimize your production efficiencies.

9. Custom Cores and Packaging: Display and promote your company on custom cores and packaging materials such as labels or boxes.

10. Custom Liners: The proper release liner is critical in many applications. Our technical staff will provide various liner options such as; release values, thickness, color, tearability, back slit or extended liners.
